Watch Plush Cover Heart Classic “Barracuda” In New Music Video

Plush

Rock quartet Plush – fronted by singer, songwriter and guitarist Moriah Formica, lead guitarist Bella Perron, bassist Ashley Suppa and drummer Faith Powell – is ready to embark on the next chapter of their musical journey. The band will release their new Find The Beautiful EP via Pavement Entertainment on January 19, 2024.

On the EP’s release date, Plush will set out on a major tour with Disturbed and Falling In Reverse across the United States. The band will also be doing a headline tour starting late April through May with major festival appearances at Welcome to Rockville and Sonic Temple.

Plush recently released their version of the iconic Heart song “Barracuda.” The band just dropped a music video showcasing their cover of “Barracuda,” which features dynamic performance shots and fun behind-the-scenes footage.

“We wanted to pay homage to Heart because they’ve inspired so many generations of musicians, and I’ve always looked up to Ann as a vocal legend,” says vocalist Moriah Formica.

“As a band, our goal was to keep the song as close to the original as possible to keep the elements that everyone knows and loves, while also adding just the right amount of Plush to bring in our own style,” Formica notes. “We hope you love our rendition and are brought down memory lane with us!”

Find The Beautiful features six songs, including the hit single “Left Behind,” which placed on Billboard’s Top 40 Active Rock chart. “Left Behind” and “Hope it Hurts” were produced by Zac Maloy, Blair Daily, and Kile O’dell at Sienna Studios in Nashville, TN. The rest of the EP was produced, mixed and mastered by Johnny K at Groovemaster Studios in Nashville, TN.

Find The Beautiful track list:

1. Run
2. Kill The Noise
3. Find The Beautiful
4. Barracuda
5. Hope It Hurts
