Remember Carrie Fisher By Watching Her ‘Star Wars’ Audition Tape

Most recognized as Princess Leia in the original Star Wars, Fisher was also an accomplished screenwriter and author, releasing the 1987 film Postcards From The Edge as a semi-autobiographical history of her life.

Sustaining a heart attack on a flight from London to L.A. last Friday, Carrie Fisher was rushed to UCLA Medical Center in hopes to save her life. Sadly, Fisher reportedly never regained consciousness and passed away today.

Fisher was just 19 years old at the time of the audition that landed her the supporting role alongside Harrison Ford (Han Solo).
