Judge Cites Bad Child Porn Raid in John Doe Copyright Ruling

A federal judge cited recent botched raids by the FBI against people falsely accused of downloading child pornography in a ruling denying a motion by a lawyer seeking expedited discovery against 1,017 anonymous individuals accused of pirating copyrighted works.
